Return & Exchange Policy
WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS & EXCHANGES WITHIN FIVE DAYS OF
RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
Returned or Exchanged items must comply with our policy:
Items must be returned/exchanged unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Footwear and accessories must be returned/exchanged with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned.
Beauty products must be returned/exchanged unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.
Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns/exchanges that have been worn or are soiled.
Jewelry must be returned/exchanged in the same condition it arrived, including all branded packaging and documentation.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN TRYING ON YOUR PURCHASES AND
RETURN/EXCHANGE THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM.
ANY RETURNS/EXCHANGES THAT DO NOT MEET OUR POLICY
WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
The refund payment will include the product price.
Taxes and Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned
If the replacement is less expensive than the original, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may refund the original item and purchase the new, lower-priced item.
Refunds for Returns
Once your return has been accepted and received by the vendor, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding taxes and delivery costs. Refunds for returns will only include the price of the product(s). Shipping back the returned item(s) will be paid by the customer.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider and method of payment.
If you receive an item in flawed or damaged condition, contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the Return/Exchange form at the bottom of this page. We will arrange and cover the fees for the return and process a full refund for the faulty item.
